Nana’s Custom Enchiladas — Two corn tortillas filled with Jack cheese with your choice of sauce (verde or rojo) topped with cheddar, Jack cheese and sour cream. A bonus with this dish is that you can change it up or add in more depending on your tastes!
Chille Relleno — A fried favorite! Roasted poblano chiles stuffed with cheese, battered with an airy egg coating and fried topped with a spicy sauce and sour cream.
Mijo Burrito — Looking for a hearty but healthy dish? Try this spinach tortilla filled with rice, beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and cheese.
